We’re seeking a Product Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys being at the intersection of product development, operations, and customer experience. In this role, you’ll help streamline and support the processes that drive the development, launch, and maintenance of our point-of-sale (POS) products.
You’ll work cross-functionally with teams in product management, engineering, sales, and support to ensure efficient workflows, seamless communication, and data-driven decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organized, technically inclined, and passionate about improving operational efficiency in a technology-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate product releases: Assist in planning and executing software updates and new feature rollouts, including process documentation and cross-departmental coordination.
Strengthen feedback loops: Collect, structure, and distribute feedback from customers, sales, and support teams. Identify trends and synthesize insights to inform product decisions.
Support product reporting: Gather and analyze product data to create dashboards and reports on key metrics like product usage and feature adoption.
Act as a subject matter expert: Serve as a primary contact for product functionality, updates, and known issues. Maintain product documentation and training materials.
Enhance operational efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvements across the product lifecycle and implement solutions that improve team effectiveness.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in product operations, project coordination, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company.
POS knowledge: Familiarity with POS systems, retail operations, or inventory management platforms.
Technical proficiency: Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other project management and collaboration platforms.
Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret data and use insights to support product and business decisions; experience with BI tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Organizational excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with keen attention to detail.
Problem-solving orientation: Resourceful and proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
