Troubleshoot, resolve issues within SLAs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Own and resolve customer issues promptly, diagnose and troubleshoot problems, escalate unresolved issues appropriately, document solutions, and provide accurate reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support high MRR customers.Skills and Qualifications: Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls), familiarity with Windows, MacOS, Linux, and the ability to adapt to new tools quickly. Knowledge of SaaS, web technologies, cloud platforms, and collaboration tools is a plus.
