What we’re looking for

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in understanding our product, target personas, and market positioning while driving content creation across various channels. Your work will directly contribute to brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify target markets, personas, and value propositions for customers based on competitive analysis and market insights to guide marketing efforts.
  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, content marketing, paid ads, webinars).
  • Define GTM strategies, increase top-of-funnel (TOFU) - customer acquisition while also understanding middle-of-funnel (MOFU) - ideal customer, value, ROI, engagement & conversion)
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for customers based on competitive analysis and market insights.
  • Create compelling product content (case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, webinars) to educate customers and increase conversion rates.
  • Analyze key product marketing metrics (feature adoption, customer retention, conversion rates, and customer feedback) to refine strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads PPC and social media management platforms.
  • Deep understanding of marketing content that converts
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills
