Title: Product Manager About This Job We're looking for a Product Manager to own and optimize our internal business systems during a critical high-growth phase. You'll be the bridge between our business teams and technology by documenting processes, gathering requirements from across the organization, and driving the roadmap for our CRM, business intelligence tools, and enterprise applications. This role is essential to ensuring our internal systems scale efficiently while staying aligned with our customer-facing product initiatives. As we scale, the systems you build and optimize will have direct impact on the entire organization and enable us to move faster and work smarter. What You'll Do Own the internal product roadmap for business systems including CRMs and enterprise apps—balancing immediate needs with long-term scalability Partner with department leaders across Accounting, Customer Success, Customer Support, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to identify pain points, gather requirements, and prioritize system improvements Document current processes and systems to create a single source of truth that enables efficient scaling and knowledge transfer Write detailed product requirements and work closely with our engineering team to deliver features that drive measurable productivity gains Ensure seamless integration across our tech stack by eliminating data silos, reducing manual workarounds, and optimizing cross-system workflows Drive adoption and change management by validating that solutions meet business needs and deliver expected outcomes without causing disruptions Maintain strategic alignment between internal systems capabilities and external product roadmap to prevent bottlenecks What We're Looking For 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on internal tools and business systems Strong technical acumen—you understand system architectures, APIs, SQL, and integration patterns.
