About the role
We're looking for a senior-level product manager to join the team.
In this role, you'll lead the development of products end-to-end, from conception through development and rollout.
To help finance teams in their job, you will work on a wide range of topics, including financial services (payment & financing), integrations with accounting software, and workflow automations.
This role is strategic and will shape the future growth of Upflow.
As part of the product team, you will report to Jean-Malo.
What will you do
Perform up-front discovery through user interviews, competitive research, data analysis, etc., and present findings to the team with conviction and rigor
Help engineers and designers deeply understand user needs, empowering them to make great product decisions
Write detailed specifications clarifying how the product evolves along each feature
Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the products you own
Craft messaging around upcoming features that resonates with users
Enable sales and marketing teams to communicate with customers effectively
You would be a great fit if
You have a natural curiosity and excitement about the end-user and the jobs they do
You can demonstrate taste - you care about the quality of the products you build and use
You're an excellent writer and synthesizer. You are fluent in English.
You can build a thesis for prioritization and communicate priorities using a sound strategy that combines principled thinking, research, and data
You have a strong business sense and understand how product and GTM should collaborate, how your features may be monetized, and how product priorities fit into larger business priorities
You have 5+ years of experience in the software industry. A keen interest in payment/financing/accounting.
