Key Responsibilities
Product & Portfolio Management
· Develop and execute strategies to drive cardholder engagement, usage, and retention.
· Identify product enhancements and usage drivers by leveraging customer insights, data analysis, and market benchmarking.
· Partner with key stakeholders to design and implement acquisition and usage initiatives
Marketing Support & Collaboration
· Support the marketing team in developing campaign strategies, preparing proposal papers and business cases for senior leadership approval
· Execute marketing initiatives focused on acquisition, usage, and loyalty across cardholder segments
· Manage relationships with third-party providers (agencies, events, loyalty/partnership vendors) to execute initiatives
· Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization
· Act as the internal advocate for credit card usage initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and partner priorities
Experience:
· 5 – 7 years in card/ payments, product ownership experience (e.g. launching campaigns to drive card performance)
· Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that support acquisition, usage, and loyalty.
· Strong track record of optimizing campaign performance through data-driven insights and ensuring alignment with overall business and partner objectives.
