Team Description

Pendo Listen captures qualitative data, extracts customer insights using AI and layers them with the context of analytics data, giving product teams an understanding of what their users do and why they do it. We’re looking for a data-driven product manager who uses AI in their decision-making and the products they build. Role Responsibilities

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of Pendo’s AI-powered feedback tools used by hundreds of product teams globally. As a key member of our growing Sheffield based product team, you'll lead initiatives that help customers unlock insights from user feedback at scale. You’ll own key areas of the Pendo Listen roadmap, leading discovery and delivery of new features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring AI-powered capabilities to market.

  • Become a subject matter expert and advocate for Pendo Listen and support the development of the vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Develop an understanding of the competition and ways to differentiate Pendo Listen
  • Own key areas of the roadmap for Pendo Listen, collaborating closely with product leadership whilst independently leading your product discovery, defining success metrics, and shipping impactful features.
  • Conduct product discovery activities such as user interviews and leverage qualitative & quantitative data to identify and solve for customer challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineers, UX designers and go to market teams to deliver new features from ideation through execution and launch. 
  • Assesses business and customer requirements, matches these requirements to objectives and guides teams through execution and delivery
  • The team is located in Sheffield, UK, work model will be 3 days a week in the office.

Minimum Qualifications  

  • 2+ years of product management (PM) experience

Preferred Qualifications & Experience 

  • Involvement in the end to end process of bringing new features to market with (from inception to launch) in the B2B SaaS space
  • Experience implementing or exposure to generative AI
  • Previous experience with Pendo or other tools for product managers and their team
  • Experience working with APIs or integrations
