Product Manager, Data

The Product Management team at Vista Global is a centralized function that includes Product, Data Science, Data, Analytics and Program Management. The Product Manager, Data will take ownership of the delivery of data-driven solutions across our enterprise ecosystem. You will lead initiatives related to Master Data Management (MDM), ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and spearhead enterprise data integrations to ensure smooth data flow across systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data governance, improve data quality, and drive automation, while overseeing the integration of key data sources into our centralized data architecture.

· Lead Product Delivery: Own the delivery of features, enhancements, and bug fixes for data products, ensuring alignment with the enterprise data roadmap and timely execution.

· Master Data Management (MDM): Lead the implementation and improvement of Master Data Management processes, ensuring that core business data (e.g., customer, product, vendor) is accurate, consistent, and accessible across systems.

· Enterprise Integrations: Work on designing and executing enterprise data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between internal systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, data warehouses), third-party applications, and data lakes.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and other business teams to define functional requirements, document workflows (e.g., mapping documents, process diagrams), and maintain detailed user stories in Jira.

· Monitor and Measure Success: Track the success of data product launches, MDM initiatives, and integration projects by establishing KPIs and operational metrics, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

· Data Governance and Metrics: Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, establishing clear definitions for core metrics, data ownership, and accountability to ensure data consistency across the enterprise.

· Data Quality and Integrity: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify and improve data quality issues, particularly focusing on master data accuracy and integration points across the data ecosystem.

· Automation and Tools: Deliver data automation tools and solutions to streamline data integration processes, reduce ad-hoc requests, and ensure smooth, automated data flows across systems.

· Master Data Evangelism: Promote data governance, MDM, and integration best practices internally by providing demos, training, and documentation to ensure adoption and understanding across teams.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Quantitative Finance or related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, with a focus on enterprise data products, Master Data Management, and data integration projects.

· Customer and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct customer research, solve data-related issues, and deliver data-driven solutions with an emphasis on master data and integration challenges.

· Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of data architectures and integration patterns, with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and enterprise data integrations (e.g., ETL, APIs, integration platforms).

· Hands-On Experience: Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, data integrations, Snowflake, and MDM tools.

· Collaboration Skills: Proven experience working across product, engineering, and business teams to deliver integrated data solutions and implement best practices in data governance.

· Strategic Thinking: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think long-term and lead initiatives that enhance data consistency, integration, and innovation across the enterprise.
