Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of payment gateway products: Onboarding, settlements, refunds, and reconciliations.
- Deep dive into payment success rates, transaction journeys, and merchant experience to identify product gaps and opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Risk, Ops, Compliance, and Business) to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Partner with design to create frictionless merchant and end-user payment flows.
- Analyze product performance metrics, merchant feedback, and data insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Updated with the regulatory landscape, payment ecosystem trends, and competition.
- Drive GTM planning and internal adoption of new features and product enhancements.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as a Product Manager in Payments / Fintech / SaaS, with hands-on experience in Payment Gateway or Acquiring Products.
- Strong understanding of payment flows.
- Experience working with APIs and backend product teams; technical comfort to discuss integration-level details.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior exposure to working with banking partners, payment processors, or regulatory compliance teams is a plus.
