Product Manager

We’re seeking a Product Manager who excels in data analysis, rapidly adapts to new technologies, and thinks creatively about complex problems.

In this role, you’ll own multiple customer-facing, high-impact products and collaborate closely with international government agencies, law enforcement, and IVIX’s internal data and development teams.

You will shape the product roadmap, define product requirements, drive execution, and champion a seamless user experience that directly contributes to combating financial crime.

At IVIX, we partner with law enforcement agencies and tax authorities around the globe to help them uncover financial crimes and non-compliance and reclaim billions in lost revenue. Our cutting-edge platform leverages OSINT, AI, and machine learning to process vast, complex datasets, empowering our customers to detect, analyze, and address criminal activities in the shadow economy.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple products—from ideation, design, and development through launch and post-launch support.
• AI & Data Insights: Work with our data scientists and analysts to harness AI/ML capabilities, gleaning actionable insights from large datasets and OSINT sources.
• User-Centric Collaboration: Engage regularly with customers to understand evolving needs, collect feedback, and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with IVIX’s engineering, data science, and data teams to ensure product features are well-defined, technologically feasible, and aligned with business objectives.
• Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and measure product success using analytics, identifying improvement opportunities for continuous growth.
• Innovation & Creativity: Research industry trends, assess emerging technologies, and infuse creative thinking into product strategies to stay ahead of financial criminals.

• 3 years of experience in product management or an equivalent, data-driven leadership role
• Demonstrated skill for data analysis, with the ability to interpret and apply insights to drive product decisions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, OSINT, and data-driven technologies (advantage).
• Solid understanding of APIs, data integrations, and software development fundamentals.
• Fast learner who navigates complexity and thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
• Creative problem solver with a passion for tackling sophisticated challenges.
• Technical background in software engineering, data science, or data analytics (advantage).
