About the Role
You will be the first product manager that we’ve hired at TipLink. We expect you to see products from idea to implementation and ongoing iteration, end-to-end. This includes user research, shaping the product, operationally managing the process, pricing, go to market, and iterating post-production. The payments space is ripe for stablecoin disruption, and this role will help tackle these new use cases.
What you need
Experience in product management and/or business development, with a track record of taking products from idea to implementation.
Ability to manage the entire product development lifecycle, including user research, product shaping, operational management, pricing, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch iteration.
Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including businesses, developers, and partners.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present product visions.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to inform product decisions and optimize post-launch iterations.
Nice to have
Experience working with stablecoins or crypto payment solutions.
Background in fintech or traditional financial services, understanding industry challenges that crypto can solve.
Data analytics experience (SQL, Python)
