Job Description: We are seeking a Product Manager to support the MSK Portfolio, which could include the Outpatient Rehab Product or Surgical Product. This role is responsible for developing, driving, and executing product strategies, managing growth and retention, and engaging clients for strategic discussions. Responsibilities:
  • Develop, drive, and execute a product strategy focusing on value proposition, positioning, product portfolio(s), distribution, and product features/functions.
  • Manage growth and retention, review product performance against expectations, and recommend changes for optimal performance. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Perform financial analyses to drive product planning efforts, including cost/benefit analysis, revenue forecasts, budgets, and membership/volume forecasts.
  • Engage key clients for strategic discussions on market trends, current issues, and new product concepts.
  • Influence innovation and integration across teams to ensure aligned, cohesive progress across technology, marketing, and service operations.
  • Participate in the preparation and presentation of program performance and opportunities to current or prospective clients.
  • Client interaction and engagement are expected, with a directive style being a must.
Required Skills:
  • Self-directed individual with the ability to prioritize work.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to arrive at solutions.
