Responsibilities
- Oversee the product and business planning processes across the company's cross-functional teams.
- Analyze product requirements from users and stakeholders and create appropriate programs to ensure they are met.
- Oversee product lifecycle processes such as product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
- Assess consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships in terms of ROI and build vs. buy.
- Examine current competitor offerings for areas of differentiation.
- Evaluate new product concepts and develop appropriate go-to-market strategies
- Follow the company's quality standards and safety procedures and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Has 3 to 5 years of experience in product management with a background in the IT sector.
- Experience in dealing with software products.
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
- Highly effective cross-functional team management.
- Leadership and the ability to take initiative.
- Understanding of web development and product design.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
- Knowledgeable about aligners and orthodontics.
