About the job
We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join us and build the largest Funding as a Service (FaaS) fintech platform in Asia. As a core member of the product team, you'll help design and develop products, applications and services that deliver the best experience with the most powerful impacts to users. You will be based in HK, but will also work closely with our teams in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
This is a challenging role in a fast paced environment. You will be an integral part of the product team and expected to play a key role. You will also work closely with the head of product to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products with great user experience. Our ideal candidate will be able to understand the agile development framework and be excited about the fast-paced startup environment.
About you⁎ At least 2+ years of product management experience in ideating, building and optimizing digital products. Previous experience in financial/fintech products, payments, eCommerce, business intelligence is a plus; exceptional fresh grads are welcome to apply as well
⁎ A Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical field preferred; advanced degrees is a plus
⁎ Experience and knowledge in agile development, capable of driving multiple products simultaneously and working with cross-functional teams
⁎ Strong analytical skills, attention to details, capability to making data-driven decisions quickly
⁎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
⁎ A Self-starter and problem solver, ability to work independently and drive for changes
⁎ Passionate to startups, willing to learn, being flexible with can-do attitude
These would be a plus:
⁎ Experience in working at Fintech, startups, eCommerce related tech companies
⁎ Basic understandings of technical terms, development frameworks, or programming languages
