Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to join the HRC Product Management Team, focusing on our ATS and Onboarding solutions tailored for the hourly workforce. In this role, you will translate a customer-facing digital content roadmap into clear business requirements, collaborating closely with the technology team to deliver new features and functionality. You will champion a data-driven, content-focused approach to digital product development—ensuring that every initiative delivers measurable value to both customers and key business stakeholders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Self-starter who thrives with minimal guidance confidently makes decisions, and learns quickly from setbacks to drive progress.
  • Synthesize insights from competitive analysis, customer satisfaction data, industry trends, and analyst reviews to craft a compelling project vision.
  • Develop product metrics and establish methods to measure success, focusing on financial outcomes and user engagement.
  • Work within the scrum teams on a daily basis to set clear direction and expectations, articulate business requirements, remove roadblocks, and provide subject matter expertise through constant communication and collaboration with the delivery team, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Own and prioritize the team backlog, continuously grooming tasks to align with business goals.
  • Test new product features and work closely with scrum teams to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Present and demo product features and business cases to customers, prospects, peers, and leadership.

Requirements & Skills:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of product management experience in web/app-based B2B products or services.
  • Proven track record of launching feature releases; experience with HR IT technologies is a plus.
  • Prior skills in research, analysis, problem-solving, and user-centered discovery.
  • Skilled at interfacing across organizational levels, with a focus on setting and managing expectations.
  • Understand how to drive team (engineering, cross-functional) success in a remote-first & internationally diverse (global time-zones) environment.
  • Exposure to integrating acquired product lines into a business and developing strategies for them to align (not mandatory).
  • Familiar with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and ProductBoard (not mandatory).

Compensation

Mitratech remains committed to equitable and transparent pay practices. Final base salary offered may vary from the range listed and will be determined after carefully considering multiple factors during the hiring process, including location, relevant experience and education, required competencies and skill proficiency level, and review of internal equity. We encourage candidates to apply even if they may not meet all listed requirements.

We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities. This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $95,000 – $110,000 Annually USD

Total compensation includes US employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility.
