About the job

Arist is looking for a senior Product Design Lead to own the end to end product experience for our admin and learner users. Collaborating with our Engineers and Maxine, Co-founder & Head of Product and Engineering, you’ll be responsible for designing seamless user flows, leading UX research, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and designing interfaces that deliver a smooth, impactful experience.

\ Key Responsibilities:

  • User Experience & Design
    • Lead UX design efforts, from research and wireframing to prototyping, ensuring an intuitive, user-centered product.
    • Regularly interview customers to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
  • User Flow Optimization
    • Create streamlined workflows and happy-path experiences, with clear, accessible user paths.
    • Collaborate with engineering to turn mockups into functional, polished interfaces that align with user needs and product goals.
  • Customer Insights & UAT
    • Conduct UAT for new features, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with customer needs.
    • Gather insights from user research, support feedback, and usage data to inform continuous improvement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Own product experience metrics (e.g., admin NPS, usability scores), focusing on self-service capability and user satisfaction.
    • Use data to prioritize design initiatives that directly impact user confidence and engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure designs meet user and business objectives.
What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in UX/UI or product design, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma for basic UI
  • Strong communication skills and experience in a cross-functional environment, and with Enterprise customers.
  • A data-informed approach with a knack for problem-solving with amazing product sense
