Who We Are
The Apps Business Unit creates the connectors our clients and partners need to seamlessly integrate Atlan into their environments. We own the development of Apps and Connectors that our customers use to integrate context across their data estate, as well as the development of an App Marketplace that brings together customer needs and 3rd party solutions.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with the BU leader to assess and gather requirements across the company, building agentic systems and experiences that democratize and empower leaders within Apps to make informed decisions. Our goal is to rethink how Atlan handles feature requests and prioritization completely.

Analyze & Synthesize Data
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that cut across sales performance, product adoption, engineering efficiency, and customer solution usage.
Conduct deep dives into product, connector, and app usage to highlight trends, opportunities, and gaps.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Enable Decision-Making
Partner with business leaders to diagnose problems, uncover opportunities, and recommend solutions backed by data.
Deliver timely analyses to support GTM planning, product strategy, and engineering prioritization.
Gather requirements across cross-functional stakeholders and develop scalable, repeatable business processes that ensure our upstream data is capable of delivering quality outcomes

Build Scalable Systems
Define and standardize key metrics across sales, product, and engineering.
Automate recurring analyses, reporting, and data quality checks.
Create frameworks to measure the impact of new product launches, connectors, and solutions.
Build a talk-to-data solution to democratize data access in Product Management

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales Engineering, Solutions, and Product teams to connect customer behavior with business outcomes.
Collaborate with Engineering to identify efficiency levers and highlight areas for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in analytics engineering, data analysis, business intelligence, or product analytics (preferably in SaaS, B2B, or technology environments).
Proficiency with SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode, Power BI).
Comfort working with data from multiple sources (sales systems, product telemetry, engineering tools, JIRA, Salesforce APIs and Data Structures).
Ability to frame ambiguous problems, run analyses, and present clear narratives to stakeholders.
Strong communication skills — able to simplify complexity and influence decisions with data.
Bonus: Exposure to data collaboration tools, connectors, or analytics in product-led growth SaaS companies.
Compensation ranges reflect salary and variable compensation. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Atlan's equity plan.
