The Role
Product Analyst
Team: Data Team
As a Product Analyst, you will help drive data-informed decisions across LemFi’s product lines. You’ll be part of the central Data Team, working closely with a Product Manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, define metrics, and measure the impact of product initiatives. Your work will ensure that every feature we ship and every user experience improvement is grounded in evidence and measurable outcomes.
This is an exciting role for someone who wants to influence product strategy, shape decision-making, and make a visible impact in a fast-paced fintech environment.
How You’ll Contribute
- Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics, track product performance, and evaluate experiments and feature launches.
- Use data to uncover insights about user needs, conversion, and retention to guide product strategy.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that make product metrics accessible and actionable for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers and data engineers to ensure reliable data capture and event tracking.
- Translate ambiguous business or product questions into clear analytical problems and deliver concise, data-backed recommendations.
- Help foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across product teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role in a tech or fintech environment.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar).
- Ability to translate data insights into business and product recommendations.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation design, and product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills; able to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, curious mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Passion for LemFi’s mission and helping immigrants thrive financially.
