What You’ll Be Leading Like a Boss

  • Orchestrate the magic behind our live games and digital collectibles — plan, tweak, scale, and surprise fans weekly (or daily if you're that bold).

  • Build and own our LiveOps strategy — drive retention, engagement, and monetization like you’ve done this a hundred times (because you probably have).

  • Drop fresh content like clockwork: events, challenges, quests, surprises — whatever makes our community light up.

  • Partner with Product like PB&J — keep LiveOps perfectly in sync with the broader product roadmap.

  • Make the money math work — own P&L, budgets, and forecasts. Ship magic.

  • Spot the growth levers — test bold ideas, measure impact, and scale what works.

  • Lead a dream team of PMs, engineers, designers, and marketers — rally the squad, crush goals, high-five often.

  • Mentor and coach like a player-coach — we’re growing fast and so is your team.

  • Launch events and campaigns that go viral (or at least cause a friendly Discord riot).

  • Turn feedback and data into insights that shape future updates and keep fans coming back.

What You Bring (Besides Your Awesome Self)
