As part of this transformation, we are re-imaging how sellers and business leaders work when it comes to optimizing the end-to-end sales processes and driving business optimization. Over the last year, we have launched a powerful collection of agents in Dynamics 365 Sales (link) giving organizations a starting point to transform sales and marketing.

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years focused on AI or machine learning products.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
    • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience defining AI evaluation methodologies and success metrics for product features.
  • Experience building prototypes using AI code generation and related technologies.
  • Experience shipping complex, customer-facing products at scale.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI practices, privacy, and compliance considerations.
  • 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
  • 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
  • 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
  • Expertise in CRM systems and sales processes (e.g., prospecting, lead management, opportunity management, customer success).

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision and strategy for AI agents that empower sales teams in prospecting, deal management, customer success, and account management.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and sales stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
  • Develop and prioritize product roadmaps, features, and enhancements based on customer needs and business objectives.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze AI evaluation metrics to ensure product effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development of AI prototypes, leveraging code generation tools and frameworks to rapidly iterate and validate concepts.
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback, market research, and industry trends to inform product decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft’s responsible AI principles and best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
