Principal Engineer at Jawaker
Our development team is looking for an experienced full-time Principal Engineer to work on providing technical leadership and driving the company's technical vision. This includes establishing technical standards, developing and implementing technical solutions, and mentoring and guiding other engineers.
Your tasks:
- Establish and maintain technical standards and best practices across Jawaker.
- Help design, review, and implement technical solutions for new products and features.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, including providing technical guidance and coaching.
- Work on the most challenging problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure successful product development.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Your backstory:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Strong technical skills in a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and architectures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Nice-to-have :
