The Role
If you’re revenue-driven, UX-obsessed, and ready to build at lightning speed, KAST is where you belong! We’re looking for a Principal Revenue Product Manager who thinks and acts like an entrepreneur, balancing speed over perfection. You’ll lead our revenue development squad, laser-focused on delivering and optimizing revenue-generating products like cards, credit, staking, and savings. Reporting to the CPO, you’ll own the revenue product strategy and roadmap, working closely with Partnerships, Design, and Engineering to build the best banking experience ever. This high-impact role is for those who thrive in fast-paced environments - it’s not for everyone.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in countries within the APAC region. Applicants should have the legal right to work in their respective countries and be able to collaborate effectively within APAC time zones.
What You'll Do
- Lead our revenue development squad, building features that drive user monetization and rapid growth.
- Define and prioritize a high-speed roadmap for revenue-focused products - cards, credit, staking, and savings.
- Mentor junior PMs and squad members to build a top-notch team.
What You'll Bring
- Experience building or managing critical core systems in high-growth environments, ideally within fintech or crypto.
- A proven track record of delivering security-first platforms, with expertise in identity management, payments, and custodial/non-custodial solutions.
- 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years focused on backend or platform products.
- Deep knowledge of web3, smart contracts, and blockchain infrastructure.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; ability to work closely with engineers to build scalable systems.
- You thrive in ambiguity and move fast, balancing speed with precision.
