Principal eCommerce Brand Manager

Location: San Diego, CA (On-site)
Compensation Range: $150,000–$200,000 (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the full brand lifecycle for multiple clients, from strategy development to execution.

  • Lead client-facing meetings and presentations to deliver impactful business results.

  • Guide and mentor junior team members to boost performance, while managing cross-functional teams for brand and advertising initiatives.

  • Develop sales forecasts and tailored PPC strategies for each client.

  • Build strong client relationships, respond promptly to needs, and provide effective solutions.

  • Report on key performance indicators, generate actionable insights, and optimize brand performance continuously.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in up to three specialized areas within the department.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of brand management experience, including 4+ years in Amazon eCommerce (agency experience preferred).

  • In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.

  • Excellent communication, client management, and data storytelling abilities.

  • Proficiency with Amazon tools (e.g., Helium 10), Excel/Google Sheets, project management software like Asana, and presentation tools like PowerPoint/Google Slides.

  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to managing multiple high-priority projects.
