- We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer for our Production Print Solutions division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and understanding finishing machines such as Intec, Rowe, and other industry-standard equipment.
- Provide technical advice to potential customers on post-printing finishing machines such as cutting, binding, and packaging machines.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that meet those needs.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Guide customers in selecting the appropriate machines for their production needs.
- Provide initial technical support to customers after the sale.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications
- A degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
