Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for Power BI reports. Validate data quality and integrity by writing and executing complex SQL queries. Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in data and reports. Work closely with developers to assist in troubleshooting data and report issues. Participate in requirement analysis, ensuring understanding of stakeholder needs for accurate testing. Assist in the implementation of best practices for report testing processes.Qualifications:Proven experience in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries for data validation and analysis. Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools and understanding of report testing methodologies. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for identifying and resolving data discrepancies. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing activities simultaneously. Familiarity with QA methodologies is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the pharmaceutical IT sector.
