Support the FCC Capital division by contributing to planning, reporting and operational initiatives. You’ll undertake key planning and implementation activities that ensure alignment with FCC’s broader capital solutions and value creation strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Support FCC Capital processes, policies and reporting
- Help develop and implement the division’s business plan by compiling data and preparing summaries
- Prepare materials for business plan reviews and contribute to analysis and recommendations
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders, including IT, Finance, Accounting, Privacy and Legal to support business needs
- Provide pipeline and portfolio support, including analyzing forecasting allocation, diversification and performance metrics
- Assist in preparing capital call documentation and coordinating with relevant departments for funding execution
- Coordinate with investment teams to ensure pipeline is accurate and up to date

What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or commerce and at least three years of progressive experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Knowledge of private real asset investing with experience across acquisition, asset management and divestment
- Knowledge of agriculture industry trends, risk mitigation and financial analysis techniques and accounting principles is considered an asset
