About the role
As a Policy Services Officer, you will play a vital role in responsible customer service, policy services and data management.
Responsibilities
- Handle policy changes, customer service requests, new policy applications, and claims processing in accordance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to organizational projects, UAT, product rollouts, and upgrades to digital platforms.
- Promptly address and resolve specific service issues in collaboration with other operations teams.
- Perform data verification and cleansing tasks, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of operational records and reports.
- Support the maintenance of procedural documents, assist in the preparation of regular reports, and undertake other duties as delegated.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-2 years' experience in insurance operations (Customer Service, policy administration, claims or etc.)
- Self-motivated, a detail minded and fast-learner
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; fluent in English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
