Plumber

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Plumber to join a local authority’s repairs and maintenance team based in Barnsley . This role involves working on both void and occupied domestic properties. We’re looking for a Plumber experienced in repairs and maintenance on domestic properties. You will be covering responsive repairs and this is a stable, full-time role ideal for someone with social housing or council experience. Duties Include:   Carry out responsive repair of domestic plumbing systems, including pipework, fixtures, and fittings. Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, low water pressure, and heating problems. Repair domestic appliances connected to water supply Carry out fault-finding and perform necessary corrective actions in line with safety regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full-time hours Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate for this role is £18.00 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £15.45 inclusive of holiday). You will be working a standard 37-hour week, with potential for overtime. An immediate start is available.
