Job Description JOB RESPONSIBILITY The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the Karawang Plant operations and will be accountable to deliver the improved results in EHS, Quality, Supply Chain Performance, Cost and Employee Relations. Major Responsibilities Include • Instrumental in providing leadership in the operations and people management. • Drive systemic change in all plant quality performance metrics through appropriate application of CI. • Drive customer focus through prompt compliant resolution and corrective action. • Drive sustainable improvements in factory cost through application of lean six sigma, entitlement thinking, yield improvement, and plant productivity. • Pro-active involvement with division personnel and business teams. • Alignment of plant goals, metrics, and targets with the business/division targets • Ensure compliance with corporate and local governmental safety, health and environmental rules, policies, and procedures Requirement • Strong working knowledge and experience in quality, LSS and manufacturing • A Bachelor level university/college degree is generally required. Master’s degree is preferred.
