An Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) family based in New York City is seeking a highly professional, discreet, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the principals and their family office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for the principals’ day-to-day personal matters
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and schedules (both personal and professional)
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including private aviation, hotels, itineraries, and visas
- Liaise with household staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth household operations
- Oversee personal errands, shopping, and gifting (including sourcing, wrapping, and delivery)
- Event planning and coordination, including private dinners, family functions, and special occasions
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive family and business information
- Handle expense reporting, petty cash reconciliation, and basic bookkeeping as needed
- Monitor and manage household inventory and supplies
- Ensure proactive problem solving and support in emergencies or unexpected situations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role for UHNW individuals or family offices
