What the job involves
- At Worksome, we help companies work with external talent in a smarter, simpler way. As our People Operations Coordinator, you’ll make sure our U.S. Employer-of-Record (EOR) offering runs like a well-oiled machine ,
- You’ll be the main point of contact for EOR employees from the moment they accept their offer to their last day ,
- You’ll handle onboarding, offboarding, HR admin tasks, and ensure compliance across the board ,
- You’ll also work closely with other teams and vendors to keep things moving smoothly ,
- Send offer letters, kick off onboarding, and be the go-to person for new hires in their first week ,
- Make sure onboarding workflows run like clockwork: offer letters, I-9 verification, E-Verify, etc ,
- Coordinate background checks and handle results based on company policy ,
- Keep employee records spotless in our HRIS ,
- Partner with third-party EORs to ensure onboarding is timely and accurate ,
- Manage smooth offboarding experiences, including final pay and exit processes ,
- Document processes (SOPs), monitor key metrics, and lead improvement projects ,
- Stay on top of federal, state, and local compliance requirements ,
- Respond to employee and client HR questions quickly and professionally ,
- Pitch in on product and process improvements ,
- Team up with other departments to streamline EOR operations
