We are hiring a skilled Pega Developer to join our growing team supporting our healthcare client Cigna in Austin, TX . This role involves designing and developing enterprise-grade BPM solutions using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Pega PRPC 8.x+ , strong integration skills, and experience in Agile environments.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Pega BPM applications
Implement robust workflows, business rules, and case management
Integrate Pega with external systems via SOAP, REST, MQ, APIs
Ensure compliance with Pega Guardrails and coding standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Support QA, UAT, and production deployments
Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of Pega PRPC development experience
Proficiency in case management, flows, and decision rules
Experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP
Strong debugging, unit testing, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have:
Pega CSA / CSSA certification
