This role sits at the center of our strategic partner network: collaborating with external law firms, fund administrators, adjacent technology service providers, and other key players to drive demand and deliver outstanding client results. You’ll support high-profile engagements with leading firms across the alternative investment landscape (including top-tier private equity firms, venture capital firms, and RIAs), lead strategic partnership initiatives, and help shape our multi-product footprint. We’re seeking a passionate Partnerships Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and is eager to make an impact in the private markets.
Location: East Coast, New York City (preferred), Philadelphia, PA (Greater Philadelphia), Boston, MA (Greater Boston), Washington, DC or West Coast SF, LA, SD. With periodic travel to customer sites expected.
Job Responsibilities:

Build and manage high-performing, scalable partnerships that deliver outstanding outcomes and expand the depth of our partnership portfolio.

Support client engagements from a partnerships perspective, coordinating internal and partner teams—including Sales, Product, and Customer Success—to deliver on requirements.

Drive and scale strategic partnership motions (pilots, integrations, co-selling, enablement) that accelerate adoption and business outcomes.

Translate complex technical and operational needs into creative, actionable solutions, communicating trade-offs and aligning stakeholders.

Track partnership activity, risks, and outcomes; provide clear, concise updates to leadership and GTM stakeholders to inform strategy and execution.
Job Qualifications:

2–5 years of post-graduate experience in startups or technology environments; prior consulting or client-facing strategic project experience preferred.

Exposure to financial services—ideally alternatives/private markets—with knowledge or aptitude for operations and compliance.

Experience working with law firms; fund counsel collaboration is a plus.

Skilled at navigating multi-party environments and aligning stakeholders.

Strong analytical and systems thinking; able to break down complexity into clear solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; produce client-ready materials.
