We partner with schools to assess how connected students are and teach evidence-based skills to build healthy relationships. Our Connection Diagnostic Assessment is easy-to-administer to students and informs a tailored action plan of plug-and-play student lessons and resources, educator professional development and family support. As Robin continues to grow, we are expanding our sales team to keep pace with the demand for our services.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships team. If you are passionate about mental well-being in the K-12 environment and enjoy engaging with people, this role is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in sales. You will support the Partnerships team by managing incoming sales leads, maintaining our CRM system, and assisting senior team members with various sales-related tasks. This role offers an exciting mix of sales operations, customer interaction, and exposure to industry events.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage incoming sales leads and support the Partnerships team in following up with prospects
● Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
● Assist senior team members with sales tasks, including email communications, slide deckpreparation, and data entry
● Develop fluency in our curriculum/software for the purposes of client presentations
● Participate in virtual and in-person presentations to potential clients
● Collaborate with the Partnerships team to identify new sales opportunities in the K-12 sector
● Build product and industry knowledge to make effective recommendations to clients
● Coordinate and attend industry events, conferences, and meetings
● Work closely with the Customer Success team to maintain high renewal rates

Qualifications
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a comfort level for public speaking
● Self-motivated with a positive mindset and problem-solving abilities
● Bachelor’s degree minimum preferred
● 3+ years of experience in the K-12 sales or a related field (software, education) is a plus
● Knowledge of G-Suite applications; experience with HubSpot is an advantage
● A passion for Robin’s mission to promote mental well-being in schools
● Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel within the NYC metro area
● Spanish-speaking or bilingual skills are a bonus
