Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to join our Global Partner Marketing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing joint marketing initiatives with our partner ecosystem to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborative marketer with a strong understanding of partner ecosystems, campaign management, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement partner marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, partner capabilities, and competitive insights.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners to foster collaboration and mutual success. Co-create and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners.
- Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and optimize partner marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with global marketing goals. Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to maximize ROI.
- Budget Management: Manage partner marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of expenses.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and other internal teams to align partner marketing efforts with broader company goals. Ensure clear internal communication around partner initiatives and outcomes.
- Brand Management: Ensure all partner marketing activities adhere to Creatio’s brand guidelines. Adapt global brand strategies to suit regional and cultural contexts.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics. Leverage data and feedback to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Event Management: Plan and track joint events, webinars, and trade shows with partners. Develop promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives related to partnerships, including SEO, PPC, email, and social media. Create and curate compelling content that highlights partner value propositions.
- Customer Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance customer experience through partner collaborations. Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing decisions.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of managing successful partner campaigns and relationships.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign analytics, and event planning.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Experience working in a global, fast-paced tech environment is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
