About the role
The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.
We're looking for a Paralegal to work directly with the business and provide support to our growing Legal team in France.

What you'll be doing
- Assisting legal counsels with content reviews, general legal research, and other ad hoc tasks
- Supporting corporate governance lawyers in preparing board meetings and committees
- Proceeding with legal formalities required under French law
- Collaborating with other paralegals
- Supporting the Expansions team to launch Revolut in new markets
- Capturing know-how and assisting with knowledge sharing
- Optimising and implementing processes, including governance processes
What you'll need
- Fluency in English and French
- Excellent communication skills
- A licence or degree in law from a university in Europe
- Motivation to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and take ownership
- Confidence handling large volumes of documentation
- An interest in using technology to streamline legal processes
- A high degree of independence, initiative, and decisiveness
- Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail
