Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. This role involves supervising the operations team, managing order fulfillment processes, optimizing resources, and implementing operational strategies to meet company goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven operational expertise, and hands-on experience in food delivery applications or ride-hailing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
· Monitor driver performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
· Manage scheduling and route optimization to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
· Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational quality.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve workflows.
· Analyze operational performance data and prepare regular reports for management review.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
· Support strategy execution aimed at scaling operations and improving service delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proven experience in food delivery applications or ride-hailing platforms
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using operational management tools, scheduling systems, and reporting software.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
