Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of both Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation divisions
- Manage scheduling, crew supervision, quality control, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth project execution and client communication
- Maintain high standards of safety, productivity, and professionalism on all job sites
- Implement and uphold SOPs throughout both divisions
- Coordinate with internal teams on proposals, estimates, and project planning
Qualifications Needed:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant operations management role
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience working with Business Management Software (Aspire s/w Preferred)
- Certified Landscape Technician (preferred)
- Licensed Irrigation Contractor (preferred)
- Certified in 3A (Ornamental) and / or 3B (Turf) (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience scaling team - proven ability to strategically grow and lead a team from 15 to 30+ members while maintaining high performance, culture, and operational efficiency.
- Experience working with organizations that emphasize SOPs and structured processes
