🧩 How will you spend your time at work?
· Work collaboratively and independently under the direction of the SVP, Business Operations
· Develop relationships with regional financial institution partners, including domestic and international banks, by owning the partnership and refresh processes
· Collaborate with executive management, product, finance, compliance, and legal teams to implement initiatives that improve efficiency
· Manage cross-functional projects ensuring seamless integration of regional and local operations with global shared services
· Support global regulatory and licensing initiatives
· Expand operations and regulated service entities
· Work with business owners to scale new products from MVPs
· Develop corporate resources, processes, and standards for implementing operational best practices across operating theaters based on a deep understanding of best practices across regions
· Manage cross-functional corporate and business development projects
⭐ Here’s what you’ll bring to this Operations Manager role in London;
· Previous expereince in senior ops role within crypto / digital asstes.
· Familiarity with both cryptocurrency and traditional finance
· Strong entrepreneurial mindset
· Proven experience in business process management consulting or operations roles in financial services, fintech or technology
· Coordinating with global stakeholders on a flexible schedule
· Adaptability, tenacity, hands-on work ethic
· Strong organisational and workload management skills, particularly in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
· Capacity to deconstruct complex problems and devise precise solutions
