Key Responsibilities

  • Lead dispatch, CSR, sales, field tech, and admin teams: manage schedules, routing, onboarding, training, and weekly 1-on-1s to ensure accountability and performance
  • Achieve core KPIs: 60%+ booking rates (PPC/LSA/organic), <15% cancel/reschedule, 25% net margins, $10K+ weekly revenue per tech; conduct daily audits and weekly reports
  • Develop/optimize SOPs, workflows, and tools (Workiz, ServiceTitan, Asana, QuickBooks, GHL); resolve escalations (<$100), guide high-ticket sales, and enforce quality/safety protocols
  • Drive strategic growth: launch market expansions, service verticals (e.g., insulation/chimney), budgeting, and resource allocation for efficiency and profitability
