Seeking a Supply Operations Manager to support and grow our supply in mechanic partnerships nationwide. The ideal candidate is comfortable working for a startup and committed to creating a phenomenal experience for mechanic partners and users.
Responsibilities
Mechanic Partner Relations. Recruit, onboard, and manage mechanic partners.
Mechanic Partner Support. Provide support to mechanic partners and manage the day-to-day issues of mechanic partners on our platform via phone and email.
Analytics. Analysis and management of supply.
Proactively seek opportunities for supply growth and improvement (processes, policies, and logistics).
Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 3 years experience with operations, logistics, account management or related experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Exceptional attention to detail & organization skills, and great follow-through on tasks.
Drive and hustle. You’re a hustler at heart, are multitalented, and thrive in a high-pressure environment. Simply put, you have the get-it-done attitude.
You do not need to know about car repair or have auto industry experience.
BA/BS degree.
