About the role

Launch your career in fintech operations with Point’s Operations Associate Program, a proven pathway where high-potential early-career professionals gain the skills to succeed and grow into future leaders. Over eight intensive weeks, you’ll train across five critical functions (valuations underwriting, production underwriting, processing, closing, and funding) before transitioning into a full-time role aligned to your strengths and business needs.

Following the success of our inaugural cohort, we are expanding the program to continue building the next generation of operational talent.

This program is designed for adaptable, motivated early-career professionals seeking to build long-term careers in operations at a high-growth fintech. Training is immersive and in-person, ensuring strong cohort collaboration before associates move into hybrid roles post-program.

Your responsibilities

  • Learn: Participate in an immersive, eight-week training program mirroring real production workflows.
  • Apply: Build practical skills in document review, analysis, and mortgage operations through simulations and case studies.
  • Collaborate: Work with peers on projects and team exercises to strengthen collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Transition: Move into a full-time production role aligned to both business needs and your demonstrated strengths.
  • Deliver: Uphold high professional standards while working U.S. Pacific Time hours (night shift Manila). Training will be conducted fully in-office. Upon program completion, associates transition into hybrid roles consistent with production team norms.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Math/Stats, or other rigorous field (other majors welcome if skills align).
  • 0-3 years of professional experience; internships or BPO/operations experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, with comfort analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, initiative, and professionalism in fast-paced settings.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision while contributing to team outcomes.
  • Commitment to working U.S. Pacific Time (night shift Manila).
  • Growth mindset and career ambition; high performers may progress quickly into roles with increased responsibility such as mentoring, training support, or team leadership opportunities.
