SideShift.ai, the direct-to-wallet crypto exchange, is hiring an Operations & Risk Manager.

ABOUT US

• Grown to seven-figure daily volume since launching in late 2018.
• Swap 200+ cryptocurrencies across multiple blockchains.
• Integrations with the likes of Trezor, Bitcoin.com, Edge Wallet and more.

ROLE

• Oversee day-to-day ops/risk management: Coordinate logistics, workflows, and support functions across the team.
• Risk oversight: Work closely with our risk management partners, maintain strong relationships, and identify gaps or issues in real time.
• Compliance awareness: Ensure processes align with industry best practices and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Technical coordination: Work closely with service providers and resolve operational or technical issues as they arise.
• Report to executive team: Provide regular updates and structured reporting to support strategic decision-making.

YOU

• Experienced: You have a proven background in operations or risk management.
• Crypto background: Familiarity with exchanges, wallets, compliance, and risk considerations in the crypto space.
• All-rounder mindset: You’re practical, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across teams and jurisdictions.
• Technical ability: You are comfortable working with service providers and have strong technical knowledge to keep operations running smoothly.
• Detail-oriented: You spot gaps before they become problems and you can balance structure with adaptability.
