Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with the operations manager to develop and execute operational strategies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance. Communication and Coordination: Liaise with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth operational flow. Prepare and present operational reports to senior management. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in ice cream or dairy manufacturing.
