We are currently working with our client based in Qatar to source a Offshore Supervisor . This is a residential contract position, based in Qatar. Purpose: Supervise offshore operational activities within an assigned work area to ensure safe and optimal production levels. Lead and coordinate panel officers, panel operators, and field staff in monitoring and controlling equipment and process flows. Facilitate and support offshore operational requirements to ensure alignment with design specifications. Ensure all activities are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget until handover to the permanent asset. Responsibilities: Participate in the development and post-approval implementation of production procedures and practices. Conduct continuous reviews to identify potential enhancements. Facilitate and support offshore operational requirements to ensure alignment with design specifications. Oversee the handover process to the permanent asset, ensuring all criteria are met. Plan, allocate, and supervise the activities of subordinate staff to meet operational targets with quality. Contribute to manpower planning and adjust priorities to meet changing operational needs. Support day-to-day maintenance planning and coordinate activities to ensure equipment operates optimally and downtime is minimized. Ensure procedural compliance and work continuity by authorizing tasks, logging offshore activities, and managing consumables. Provide briefings and ensure operations are executed safely, on time, and within budget. Requirements: High school graduate with completion of a relevant vocational training programme. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector.
