Audience Republic is seeking an Office Manager to take charge of our operational and administrative functions, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.


In this role, you will be at the heart of our business operations, working closely with our team to maintain efficient processes and drive organisational excellence.

About Audience Republic:

Audience Republic is an all-in-one CRM and marketing platform for events, venues, artists, and creators. Our clients include some of the world’s most renowned names, with events featuring artists like Justin Bieber, Post Malone, RÜFÜS DU SOL, ODESZA, and Flume.

Our headquarters is located in Sydney, with other roles distributed across North America and UK/Europe. This role is onsite at our Redfern office.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Invoicing & Billing: Oversee client invoicing and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaboration with Finance Team: Work closely with our bookkeeper and Virtual CFO to maintain financial records and support budgeting and forecasting.
  • Leave Management: Administer employee leave policies and track leave requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Office Management: Handle office supplies, coordinate team events, and ensure our workspace fosters productivity and collaboration. Organising social activities for our team.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Update key scorecards, metrics and reporting for leadership.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to operational processes and proactively address gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Employee Onboarding/Off-boarding: Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes, including documentation, system access, and orientation for new team members.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or operations management role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Notion), and HR/finance systems (Xero/Bamboo).
  • Detail-Oriented: You thrive on accuracy and love creating order out of chaos.
  • Proactive & Solutions-Focused: You anticipate needs and tackle challenges head-on with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and approachable, with a focus on supporting the team’s success.
  • If you've formerly been an EA this would be highly regarded.
