Monitor nursing practices and ensure compliance with infection control guidelines. Infection Control Nurse: Conduct routine surveillance of healthcare-associated infections. Prepare reports on infection control data and suggest improvements. Staff Nurse: Administer medications and monitor patient vitals. Assist in diagnostic tests and provide pre- and post-operative care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Communicate with families regarding patient progress and care plans. Midwife: Assist in labor and delivery, ensuring safe birthing practices. Educate new mothers on breastfeeding, neonatal care, and postnatal health. Auxiliary Nurse: Assist in basic patient care, including feeding, mobility assistance, and hygiene. Support nurses in routine tasks and patient monitoring. Help in maintaining a clean and safe patient environment. Porter: Safely transport patients between departments. Assist with lifting and moving patients as required.
