This full time role will be based in the USA, ideally on the West Coast.

Responsibilities

This is a strategic role that will help design, develop, and execute our sales and marketing strategy for North American expansion. Working directly with the founding team, you'll have full responsibility for Go to Market strategy, sales and marketing, and the build out of your own team to support it. This role is ideal for an ex-founder or entrepreneur looking for more stability while still operating in an exciting, fast moving startup. As a B2B enterprise organisation, you will focus on strategy for both direct sales and partnerships, identifying the best pathways to reach and obtain our customers.

Qualifications

This role is ideal for an ex-founder or entrepreneur with at least 5 years of direct sales experience in medium/large enterprise B2B. You have extensive experience with growth strategy, startup marketing tactics and spend optimisation, building a team, and using CRMs effectively.

Ideally you have experience in the logistics, transport, or supply chain industries although this is not necessary.
