The job of ASSISTANT COACH- was established for the purpose/s of assisting in designing and implementing various activities related to this sport in accordance with applicable rules and regulations related to the student activity; overseeing volunteers; providing supervision of student participants during all aspects of the program; using sound instructional techniques in overseeing the students' activities; serving as a positive role model to student participants; and may serve in a liaison capacity for the school and this program with other schools both within and/or outside the district. Individuals in this job classification are assigned to a position at the school level.
