Your Role
As a Network Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and supporting our network infrastructure. You will configure, support, maintain customer network and ensure successful execution to deliver high-quality outcomes. You’ll collaborate with top industry talent to develop innovative, reliable, and scalable solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities
· Configure, support, and maintain Cisco routers and switches.
· Manage Cisco Wireless and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
· Troubleshoot and configure Cisco routing and switching protocols
· Work with advanced networking concepts such as VRF, MPLS, MP-BGP, and IS-IS.
· Plan and execute network hardware/software upgrades (Lifecycle Management).
· Monitor network performance and resolve issues proactively.
· Lead root cause analysis sessions and major incident reviews to resolve recurring issues.
· Collaborate with other network engineers to troubleshoot complex performance issues.
Preferred Qualifications
· Hands-on experience in data centre operations and smart hands support.
· Certifications such as CCNA or equivalent.
· Familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN), Cisco ACI, and Software-Defined Access (SDA).
